Provista Eye Clinic became a reality in December 2003. It was born from a need for professional, yet convenient eye care services with an emphasis on patient satisfaction. We pride ourselves on achieving all these goals and beyond. Dr. Linda Vargas is a Board-Certified Ophthalmologist with additional training in Cornea and External Diseases. She also has more than 10 years experience in Internal Medicine/Emergency Medicine. Dr. Vargas also specializes in no-stitch Advanced Cataract Surgery, which is performed using minimally invasive techniques in our state-of-the-art surgical facility.

Our Practice
Provista Eye Clinic is a comprehensive ophthalmology practice in Austin, Texas under the supervision of Dr. Vargas. Using state-of-the-art techniques and equipment, our skilled doctors and staff provide a range of services to help you attain the clearest vision possible.
In addition to routine services (glasses & contacts), we provide several types of laser vision correction using the Allegretto Wave Excimer Laser. We test for corneal and retinal health, perform advanced "no stitch, no injection" cataract surgery. For those individuals wanting to rid themselves of glasses after cataract surgery we offer Multifocal Implants which give vision at "all distances". Whatever your eye care needs, Provista has the answer!

Our skilled Opticians at Provista Eye Clinic can advise you which lenses are right for you. Our optical shops are located near the Doctors exam rooms as a convenience to both the patient and the Doctors. This allows us to have direct communication regarding your prescription needs. Our Optical Centers feature the latest in lens technology as well as frame selection.
